Role Description:

Required Qualifications:

• Italian citizenship or citizenship of a European Union country.
• High school diploma.
• No convictions resulting in a prison sentence of more than three years for non-negligent crimes without rehabilitation.
• No admonitions or personal safety measures.
• No convictions for crimes against the state, public order, or against individuals involving violence.
• Not under criminal proceedings for the specified crimes.
• No positions held in companies undergoing compulsory liquidation in the last 5 years or under controlled administration.
• Capacity to comply with legal obligations.
• Possess the technical skills necessary for the services offered by the company.
• Previous experience in managerial roles in private security companies or law enforcement, with a particular emphasis on private security.
• Completion of advanced courses in private security from recognized institutions.
