Code of Conduct

Introduction

The AP TAC Global Code of Conduct establishes the standards of conduct and ethical behavior expected from all personnel of AP TAC Global. This Code reflects our commitment to integrity, professionalism, and the highest ethical standards in all aspects of our operations.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations

All personnel of AP TAC Global are required to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. This includes but is not limited to laws regarding bribery, corruption, data protection, human rights, and occupational health and safety.

a. Personnel shall respect and uphold the human rights of all individuals, regardless of their race, gender, nationality, religion, or any other characteristic.

Professional Conduct

a. Personnel shall conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times, maintaining the highest standards of honesty, integrity, and transparency.
b. They shall not engage in any behavior that brings discredit to AP TAC Global or compromises its reputation.
c. Confidentiality of information obtained in the course of duty shall be respected and protected.

Conflict of Interest

a. Personnel shall avoid any situation that may create a conflict of interest between their personal interests and the interests of AP TAC Global.
b. They shall promptly disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest to the appropriate authority within the organization.

Use of Company Resources

a. Company resources, including but not limited to equipment, facilities, and information systems, shall be used responsibly and solely for legitimate business purposes.
b. Unauthorized use or misappropriation of company resources is strictly prohibited.

Anti-Corruption and Bribery

a. Personnel shall not offer, accept, or solicit bribes, kickbacks, or any form of improper payment or advantage.
b. They shall comply with all anti-corruption laws and regulations, including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the UK Bribery Act.

Reporting Violations and Whistleblower Protection

a. Personnel have a responsibility to report any violations of this Code of Conduct or any suspected misconduct promptly.
b. AP TAC Global is committed to protecting whistleblowers from retaliation and ensuring the confidentiality of their reports.

Health, Safety, and Environment

a. Personnel shall prioritize the health and safety of themselves and others in the workplace.
b. They shall comply with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and actively contribute to creating a safe working environment.

Continuous Improvement

a. AP TAC Global is committed to continuous improvement in ethical practices and standards.
b. Personnel shall actively participate in training programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing their understanding of ethical conduct and promoting a culture of integrity.

Consequences of Non-Compliance

Non-compliance with this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contractual relationships. Violations may also lead to legal consequences.
